Horseshoe Bend was also very private, and we had great views without having to walk very far. You can point your camera almost anywhere and get amazing images. In comparison, Lower Antelope is a delight. If you fantasize about the amazing photos you've seen at Lower Antelope, you *might* get one or two at Secret Canyon, but you're going to have to work for it. Unfortunately, due to the geology of the canyon, its extremely difficult to photograph. I was able to use a tripod, and spend as much time as I wanted taking photos. When we got there, yes, we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The slot canyon they take you to takes about 25 minutes on a bumpy dirt road, riding in an open vehicle with 11 other people. It wasn't bad, and had I not gone to Lower Antelope Canyon the next morning, I might never have known what I missed. We did the Secret Canyon/Horseshoe Bend tour.
